The local mountain god Amnye Machen is to be subsumed under Amdo of three major Tibet provinces, which other two are U-tsang and Kham. Day 1: Xining - Lake Kokonor - Chabcha

Begin your journey with a drive to Lake Kokonor (Qinghai Lake), the largest saltwater lake in China and a sacred site for Tibetans. Day 2: Chabcha - Tsarnak (Trekking Start Point)
